Heavily pregnant Rebecca Adlington shows off her baby bump

She's got just a month to go until she gives birth to her first child, but Rebecca Adlington isn't letting pregnancy get in the way of her busy schedule.
The 26-year-old Olympic swimmer was speaking at the Be: Fit London fitness and health fair on Friday, sharing her tips for the best pregnancy work outs.
Rebecca dressed down in a tight white vest and leggings for the event, just a few hours after she dressed up for the red carpet at the BT Sport Industry Awards.

Not long now! Rebecca Adlington looks pretty in her casual outfit as she gives a talk at the Be: Fit London health and fitness fair on Friday
Adding a pop of colour with a coral coloured cardigan, Becky left her long blonde hair loose and kept her makeup simple with a dash of lipgloss and mascara.
She accessorised with a long gold pendant and added some Converse trainers to finish off her sporty look.

Keeping healthy: The Olympic swimmer took part in a Q&A session as she shared her pregnancy fitness tips

Rebecca, who is due to give birth in June, took part in a Q&A with the audience, sharing her fitness tips for a healthy pregnancy.
Talking to the Telegraph ahead of the event, the swimmer explained that she exercises for around 30 minutes every day, and still swims around twice a week.
'I haven’t given up swimming entirely. I exercise twice a week at our local baths, nowhere posh,' she says.

Bumping along: Later on, Rebecca stocked up on goodies at Neat Nutrition, a new lifestyle brand which launched on Friday and was set up by her former Team GB teammates Lee Forster and Charlie Turner
